The Hotel we stayed at was a place where we could lay our head and shower. The bed was low and hard. My back is still hurting. At one point we had the air conditioner on too long and it was cold in the room. I have a 7 month old so I wanted to knock the chill off, I turned on the heat and it smelled as if it was burning. The smoke detector went off. The towels were very hard it felt as if we were drying off with a brick. Thank God I brought my daughter her own towels from home. The bed sheets & comforter also did not seem very clean, when I got home I noticed some skin rashes on both arms. We we were in need of new towels, toilet paper, etc, we had to catch the cleaning crew in the hallway. The overall staff was very friendly, they were not the problem. I guess you have to work with what you are given. Also there was so much cholorine in the swimming pool, our eyes were burning and we were not even in the pool we were outside watching other family members through the glass. This is a hotel I would prefer not to stay at again whenever we return to Arkansas.

The room was not clean. Raisins along one baseboard and in the corner. It was obvious that vacuuming was done in the middle of the room only. Dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathrrom door. Ketchup or juice splashed on the wall. This is a nice facility...but housekeeping needs serious attention! On the plus side, friendliness was superb!!!

Room was very clean, staff was helpful. The deciding factor on the rating was the paper thin walls. You could hear every movement in the next room, all night. You also got to enjoy all of the doors slamming on the entire floor. Only a steep and narrow stairwell to the second floor, was not able to find an elevator to use. With suitcases an elevator would have been nice. Breakfast bar was well stocked and fresh.

09/16/2007Very clean and very friendly staff. great indoor pool. well lit. nicely appointed, oversized rooms. 5 year old property still looks new. would stay here again.
