  We reserved a two bedroom fireplace suite for a recent family get together for a wedding. The room was clean, large, and was just what I had hoped for. Front desk staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Even though we didn't eat the breakfast included, we did go down for coffee, and I was impressed with what they had to offer. Couldn't recommend this facility more highly. They even provided a list of local restaurants with driving directions.

  Avoid it like the plague. noisey, run down, hard to find location. phone is horrible with interference. way over priced.

  Request the 3rd floor or be prepared to hear the guest stomping around above you. Doors slam constantly and hallways are noisy. The halls, stairways, and elevator rarely see a vacuum cleaner. Black marks on the doors and walls, dripping bathtub faucets, and running toilets are a commonplace. Front desk and kitchen staff are pleasant and courteous. There is no perceptible evidence of property maintenance, housekeeping standards, quality improvement, or guest relations.

  The suite was very spacious and clean. i loved that they had a full kitchen area in the suite. everyone was very friendly and curtious.
