I booked the hotel for my parents who were coming into town for the week of Christmas. They really, really liked the place and were pleased that it was so quiet and comfortable. I was impressed how clean the hallways were and well kept in general the place was. I got a great deal booking through online travel website and when I was ready to check out, I got even more savings by using my Mastercard. The hotel was in an excellent location near the highway, but you could not hear any traffic what so ever. The two negatives were minor: When the person above them ran the shower, it was loud in their room, so that is a plumbing issue. And I ate breakfast with them the first day and the made to order omelettes were wonderful, but the waffles and dehydrated hash browns were not. But we told the staff so, and they were eager to make sure we were satisfied. My parents also were impressed how nice the staff was that served breakfasts each day. Overal they had a great experience and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We were looking for a get away weekend and choose the Hilton Garden Inn in Maple Grove. The hotel lobby was beautiful and we were promptly greeted with warm cookies and very friendly staff! Our check in was quick and professional and our room was beautiful and spotless. Everything was first class they even folded the towles like swans! We enjoyed the pool area and jacuzzi. Breakfast was an additinoal cost, but well worth the price for the amount of fresh fast served food. We enjoyed the out door areas as well as the fire pit they provide for guests. I recommended this hotel for anyone looking for a weekend get away with friends or family, there was so much to do in the area and the price is well worth the value!
