    The front desk staff was friendly & helpful with the easiest way to downtown chicago and directions to the closest train stops. our room was clean, well appointed, & had a comfy ...

    The front desk staff was friendly & helpful with the easiest way to downtown Chicago and directions to the closest train stops. Our room was clean, well appointed, & had a comfy sofa bed. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Free parking & easy to find - nice overall experience.
