When I called ahead to besure our room would be held for a VERY late arrival, they had the reservation immediately and wanted to know if they could do anything else for us! The room was immaculate, the bed, pillows, and linens top quality! The housekeeping service was available all day--even when we didn't leave our room until 4 PM! The front desk staff greeted us by name everytime we left and returned. It was the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in--and felt as comfortable as the Four Seasons in Boston were I have stayed before!

From the very comfortable beds, in room fridge, microwave and desk for computer use this place was top notch for its price. Great breakfast for my entire family, laundry and pool facilities, even a work-out room for my wife. Enjoyed the bed and pillows conforts so much, that I purchase two down pillows from the Hampton Inn website for my self. Would definatly stay again if traveling to the Boston area. Overall a great place and great hospitality from the staff.

Very good place for the $$. It is supposed to be for business, but we stayed while visiting Concord. They even upgraded our room when we got there for no additional $$. Very nice place. Be sure to ask for AARP discount.
