We decided to visit the area briefly and found this hotel to be conveniently located. The room was fine. The hot tub was not available. We did not use the pool. Front desk personnel was pleasant. Breakfast pretty good. Would stay again.

The day staff on the phone were borderline rude when I asked for a non-smoking room and for directions. Said booked a smoking room. I had to upgrade and pay $20 more per night. The pool was over-chlorinated. The jacuzzi was vile. The room hadn't been vacuumed since who knows when. My infant daughter almost ate a dead bug from the floor! Breakfast was fair, typical of this class of hotel. Evening staff was pleasant once we arrived.

They put us in a smoking room when I had requested a nonsmoking room. They said it was their choice which room I got not mine. I had to buy air freshner to help with the odor. I do not recommend this chain of motels.

Cell Phone call late at night and the desk staff had us back on the right road to the hotel, very helpful. Clean, moderately priced. Breakfast needs a little help for this price range. A notch above average experience, would stay again. Not what you hope for and not what you fear but what you Expect in a hotel you will find here.
