Every experience at Drury Hotel in Jackson, Miss., has been wonderful! Check-in time is less than 2-3 minutes, yet friendliness and sincerity isn't compromised by the rush. The food is wonderful, the ambience very pleasant, and the rooms quite comfortable. I'm a huge Drury Hotel fan!

Not as far out of the way as you might think from I-20. The staff we encountered were very friendly and it appeared they would go out of their way to assist you. For the price we paid, we thought the hotel was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast included a nice assortment of options for either people that like a breakfast with bacon, sausage and other greasy items or those that are more health conscious. The only comment for improvement I will offer is around the need for one additional computer at the business center. We had one person sit there for nearly an hour before leaving. A second computer would have been much better. This is a hotel we will definitely come back to if we're in the area again.

This hotel was very clean, courteous staff, and it was GREAT that they allowed pets. My kids loved the pool and it was walking distance from a restaurant and a large grocery store. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, fast, and convenient. I would definitely visit any other Drury Hotel based upon my overnight stay in Jackson, MS.

The hotel overall was really nice, rooms were clean and the front desk was very friendly. The pool was a little too small for such a large hotel, very crowded. The hot breakfast was late both mornings we stayed and was not that great.

Rooms are clean and it is located just off of the interstate so the access is easy. The front desk staff is courteous and efficient. Located within walking distance of dining. There is free wireless in the rooms which was a plus for me so that I could get directions to my destanations. There is free popcorn and sodas in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning. There are many unattended children in the pool area and roaming the halls. The only concern that I had, is that my daughters opened the hotel room door and a young girl that was unattended by her parents, pointed her finger at my daughters in the manner of a handgun and said ""bang"". I might stay here again. We will need to travel to Jackson again in December, I may make the long drive home at night or perhaps try the city of Clinton. Overall, the hotel is clean, the staff is courteous, the breakfast is good. However, my children didn't feel safe here.
