My sincere advice to fellow travelers is that you shoudl never opt for this hotel. These guys are total frauds, they cheat you out of your money from your cards and best part is that they are very very rude when you try to reason things out with them. Never ever hand over your cards to them because they are complete morons and do not even know how all the moeny in your cards has been debited. Pl avoid this place like plague!

02/02/2009This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. they are friendly, clean and always very helpful. they always have a nice breakfast. i recommend it for business or pleasure.

Declining service

I've stayed in this property for about 3 or 4 years, once ro twice a year. At this time -November 2008- the quality of service seems to be undergoing a dramatic change. 1. All hot food items are removed from week-end breakfast service except oatmeal. Even the bread available for toasting are limited. What is a fairly compete breakfast during the week is, at best a continental breakfast of limited quality and scope on weekends. Employees acknowledge that they are told to no provide hot items on week-ends. 2. The staff on hand are virtually non-existent. At 8:00 am there was no coffee available -none. There was no one present of whom to inquire. Turns out that the only personnel in the building consisted of a desk clerk and one male employee, both of whom were assisting a guest in one of the rooms. The staff acknowledges that management cuts back deeply on weekends. 3. Internet service was down for approx 30 hours. The ""guest services manager"" made one phone call at 2pm and was told that it would be fixed. That is the sum total of what was done until 8:00 am the next morning when I demanded that the desk clerk call the GM. His instruction to her was to tell her to call the ISP again. Thereafter another 18 hours ensured before the problem was resolved. Nice hotel. It used to be the best choice in the area precisely because of reliable service and good quality amenities such as the food. It no longer is.

My husband and I stay here whenever we visit our children. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The suites are nicely laid out and comfortable. I am extremely fussy when it comes to cleanliness and I have never been disappointed. If I were, I know the staff would deal with whatever the issue might be.

We had stayed there when househunting. We stayed in a Superior Suite with a 11 month old. It was a well kept room in a well-maintained hotel. Staff at night was not very knowledgeable...when asked where the nearest pharmacy was, he said he had no idea.
