never stay again
01/02/2008Tried to check in at promised time 3:00,told us it would be 1-2 hours,when finally checked in at 4:15,keys from outside didnot work so ...
tried to check in at promised time 3:00,told us it would be 1-2 hours,when finally checked in at 4:15,keys from outside didnot work so trip back to front desk,housekeeping still working on rooms at this time.No towels or washcloths in room,so another trip to front desk,then they only would give me 2 towels so couldnt enjoy the pool because naturally you want to shower in your room after being in a pool,linens werent changed because the imprints of others were still on sheets,animal in room above us ran back and forth,people kept bouncing ball on floor,had to call front desk but that didnt stop,so not much sleeping done,it seems to me that if animals were going to be in hotel they would put them on the 1st floor so people couldnt hear them.will not ever stay at this hotel again,stayed there because it was our anniversary and close to the casino,when asked to talk to manager he was never there or was there the next morning really early as i couldnt catch him at 7;30 am.must be nice to be a manager and only have to work couple of hours.very,very dissattified with this hotel,was also suppose to be strictly no smoking,but room had burn holes in bedspread,and on the carpet.save your money and stay at a hotel where the hotel keeps there word and no animals stay

id like to thank the staff for being so kind and courteous to me and my fiancee over the weekend of 10/20/06. This is a nice clean hotel and a stone throw away from the casino .The staff are good friendly people and very helpful on other attractions around the area. keep up the good work. the rates are fair and the waffles are great. give em a try
