We always stay at the higher end Marriott hotels and could not get a room due to sell outs in the Cleveland area so we booked with the Fairfield Inn & Suites. We were shocked at the cleanliness, professionalism, and outgoing personalities of the well trained staff, the delicious breakfast with Belgian waffles and strawberries and a most gracious General Manager Katherine whose attention to detail and availability to her guests was far beyond what we would have expected. We stayed 3 nights and each morning the GM would come in to the dining room and great the guests. This was not only affordable but well maintained, comfortable and a pleasure to stay with a staff that certainly makes you feel like you are at a home away from home!
