Given bad directions from two separate employees. arrived in the middle of the night. Dead bugs all over the bathroom. Dirty blind for privacy from parking lot. No elevator to second floor rooms. Hairs on the sheet...yea, those hairs. Stained towels. Noisy air conditioner. Manager became defensive and uncooperative when complaints were made.

This hotel was great except for check-in/check-out. Check-in/check-out the clerks took their sweet time and seemed to have major difficulties with their computer. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental consisting of bagels, donuts, croissants, cereal, milk, and juice. It was weird that milk and juice was kept in the refrigerator, and seating was not enough for the large amount of people on the weekend. Maintenance was slow, if non-existent, and my husband ended up changing a burnt-out light bulb himself. Overall, very good value for the money. The manager even upgraded our rooms to non-smoking rooms for the same price.

Well our main trip for going out east was to see Obama getting sworn in. This was the closest in the area for (air and hotel) package to D.C., that we found that was affordable. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Thou I think some of the employees should get new shirts, when we first arrived the lady was wearing a really stained beat up shirt. We had a couple of problems with the room like the TV and coffee maker but the gentlemen that was working that night went above and beyond to make it right. He also recommended some great delivery places and found the food to be terrific!! It served our needs, we used it has a base camp, traveled to NYC for a night, and Atlantic City for the day, and our 2 times driving back and forth to D.C. So if you are looking for a hotel that is like a resort, this is not the place for you, but if looking for a place to sleep and shower that I found clean and on a budget GO for it!

Our first stay. The hotel was in good condition. The room was large. All three of the desk staff we came in contact with were super nice. The breakfast was good. LOTS of traffic, as it is VERY close to the NJ Turnpike. If you can avoid traffic, it is only minutes from Downtown Philly. Traffic can add a half hour or more, though. We would definitely stay again.
