The beds are like a piece of plywood. Hard, hard, hard! The pillows are like flat pancakes. Even stacking up the two they give you didn't make one decent pillow. The rooms are very small. I had to move to the side of the toile in order to close the bathroom door. The kids went into the pool and the bottom of the pool is so rough that both of my boys actually came out with bleeding toes! If you stay there, take an egg crate foam with you for the bedtop, your own pillows and water socks for your feet to be able to use the pool. This place needs some major renovations and some money spent on the beds and pillows.

This hotel is brutal. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable - like a box spring with out a mattress on it. On the second night we were there we had noticed a gigantic spider, which the maid staff thought was a brown recluse (we later found out that it turned out to be a female hobo spider). The maid had informed us that this is the third incident in room 120. After requesting we move, we had problems with the front desk. There was no apology by the staff and no effort to fumigate the room. They put new people in right away. Obviously they have a problem. We called for a late check out - which is about 1 hour later - we were told it was okay. In the morning, the front desk was complaining about the late check out time. The front desk's attitude was very rude and their compassion was nonexistent. Personally, I would never stay here again and I advise you not to either.
