- All Ritz Carlton's in North America, with the exception of Marriott Vacations Club International, have a smoke-free policy. Guests are permitted to smoke in designated areas outside the building. Starting April 1, 2007, a 25 Resort Fee will be assessed. The Resort Fee includes: High-speed Internet access in Lobby and guest rooms; Intra-Resort transportation within Lake Las Vegas; Local and toll-free telephone calls; 24-hour computer access in the business center; Daily newspaper; Access to spa and fitness center; swimming pool and whirlpool; Access to private sand beach and more.
