This is a very clean newer hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Although I'm currently on a leisure trip I travel for business and this equals or exceeds business hotels in major cities. Located in a safe area very close to many resturants and shopping, including several within walking distance. Free wireless internet which works throughout the facility. Good sound insulation as I don't hear any noise in the hall or surrounding rooms although I know they are occupied. The beds are very comfortable with sets of firm and soft pillows which is a nice touch. The onsite resturant isn't very busy at dinner but the bar is nice and has several tables as well and serves a full menu of reasonably priced offerings. Breakfast menu looks very good and is no more expensive than other breakfast choices in the area. I was a little concerned as my experience with Holiday Inn has not been fantastic, but this hotel is certainly nicer than any of the others in the area and can't be beat for the price. There are more fancy hotels downtown, but you will also pay considerably more. The staff have gone out of their way to be helpful and have exceeded my expectations.

I had no idea what this hotel would be like. I had to make an emergency trip and hoped for the best. I was traveling alone but felt quite comfortable here, the food was good, and the staff very considerate.

This is one of the best managed hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in, particularly at this price range. The first time was so nice we stayed there on our return despite being a little out of our way. You can not beat this facility.
