We stayed here on October 25th of this year and it was horrid. The shower did not work properly - sprayed water all over; the toilet backed up; the heat did not heat. We have stayed at America's Best Value Inns before but never ran into a place like this. Reported these things at checkout and the desk clerk could have cared less. Will not chance Americas Best Value Inn ever again.

My husband and I traveled to Cape Cod for our 25th anniversary (Sept 20-24) I picked this hotel for the price and the reviews(good for the most part). Our room was fine. The employees were very nice and accomodating. The room was neat and clean and the bathroom was clean. Just a little bit of mildew on the tiles but nothing to freak out about. The only problem we had was the second day our room never got made up but the person at the desk was apologetic(we were gone all day) He came right down with clean towels. The third day the housekeepers were very slow in getting the room made up. It was after 4:00 when it finally got made up. But we would definitely stay again. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. It was too hard.

Stayed for 3 days end July, This hotel was very clean , staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was prompt and a good variety. They had 2 pools one indoor and one out door. Best of all was the location situated just a short walk from the all the shops.Overall was very pleasant stay would stay again with my family. Ottawa, Ontario Canada

So glad we booked at America's Best. For our first visit to the cape, the Hyannis (Barnstable) location was an great jumping off point. Easy walking distance to the downtown shops, or harbor ferries and restaurants. Though the decor needs updating the hotel was neat and tidy and its rennovated bath was spotless. Most of the hotel staff was friendly and accomodating (one staff member seemed preoccupied, but all others were excellent) Although the hotel was on the 'main drag' we experienced little road noise and didn't even notice our neighbors because it was so quiet. Our four year pld daughter loved playing in the spacious heated indoor pool (the outdoor pool was a little to chilly for mom and dad!) The continental breakfast was basic, yet satisfying (cereals, fruit juic, bagels with cream cheese, muffins, coffee). Excellent value! Would definitely stay again.
