  We stayed and the Holiday Inn Express in Richland. The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms where good size and the staff was helpfull. The only complaint was the road leading to the hotel had limited access. You had to head toward the mall and needed to due a u-turn to get onto the freeway.

  Our family came down from Yakima to visit relatives in the area and the first thing we noticed was just how friendly the employees were. The manager made a special effort to greet us at breakfast each day, he let our other family members join us for breakfast and in the pool, and that really made the kids happy. All the employees were especially nice as they took care of all of our special requests - and we had a lot of them. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to stay, we are certainly coming back soon. The one complaint we had is about the location. It can be hard to get to if you don't know where to get off the freeway and where and when to turn.

  If you enjoy rolling to the center of the bed and having your ribs hurt the next day then you will enjoy your stay. The stay was great except for the bed. I stayed for four nights and it is a shame that such a nice facility cannot afford a decent bed.
