This hotel should be torn down...it's disgustingly dirty, burn holes in blanket, holes in tub, smelled horrible/musty, drapes wouldn't close all the way, air conditioner was LOUD, two of the skinniest, most pitiful pillows I've ever seen. Even the headboard was crooked. It should be about 25.00 a night given the horrible conditions.

This trip was for a class reunion we frequent New Orleans several times a year it was my home. The motel was a in pretty good location convenient for the West Bank of New Orleans the grounds did appear to be neat and tidy. I can't express the disappointment the coffee pot had old mold filled dried up coffee grinds left not sure how old they were dry. The room itself did not appear dirty however looking the comforters there were visible white spots on the underside yuk!!! For the duration of our stay our room was not serviced not that we require or expected cleaning, however we had to self serve towels etc. We had to make trips to the office daily they required us to bring down dirty towels for an exchange 1 for 1 to get new towels. Upon one of our visits to the office just before eight am in the morning it was dark inside the office the sign clearly stated the office opened at seven am. Unaware I rang the door bell and waited well over five minutes, finally someone appeared at eight am and had to open the door appeared to have just arrived when the hours stated on the door was seven am. We will not stay there again even if it is the cheaper option.

This was not my idea of a luxury hotel. We stayed here for 5 nigths and it smelled really bad,worse and worse eveyrday. It wasn't until the morning we checked out that I looked under the bed. The maid wouldn't take it away. The manager came in and told me it was a mouse but it was the size of squirrel but it did not have a fluffy tail. I don't know what it was but it stunk to high heaven. It reall yput a damper on our honeymoon. I would think twice before booking here agin.

I'm not one for complaining but this was about the worst hotel i've ever stayed at it was very much in need of repair the room had holes in the sheet rock there was trash under the bed the service was very bad after hours you couldnt get any body at the front desk over all just a bad trip

stayed here for one week. Best features - availablity of kitchen and reasonable weekly rate. Worst - the motel/area was unsafe. many incidents each night including fighting, yelling, false fire alarms, knocking on the door, telephone calls. Not a viable tourist option. Bus service into New Orleans was inadequate and uncomfortable - frequently harrassed. Safety, transportation, accessibility and general comfort were all issues. No staff overnight when most of the problems occur.
