  The clerk didn't understand english, told us we didn't have a reservation, came to the desk with no socks or shoes, rooms window was open with no heat ...

  the clerk didn't understand english, told us we didn't have a reservation, came to the desk with no socks or shoes, rooms window was open with no heat in freezing weather, never again will we stay there

  I went to this hotel because the reviews raved about it. the hotel room was dirty. the heater at the pool was broke, the airconditioner banged soooo loud we were ...

  I went to this hotel because the reviews raved about it. the hotel room was dirty. The heater at the pool was broke, the airconditioner banged soooo loud we were either sweating or awake listening to the banging air conditioner. The bed was beds were bowed in the middle and out of sheer frustration my family left at 5 am for nothing else other than lack of being able to sleep.
