    From manager to front desk clerks, all were non-friendly. only the cleaning crew seemed to be nice people. everytime we went down to the lobby for newpaper or coffee ...

    From Manager to Front Desk Clerks, all were non-friendly. Only the cleaning crew seemed to be nice people. Everytime we went down to the lobby for newpaper or coffee we felt as though we were not welcome. Desk clerks raised their voices at us - apparently this type of behavior is acceptable because the manager was within earshot. Woud NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
