  This place is great! i love it. the rooms are wonderful and clean. the staff is great and the service is perfect. i wouln't stay anywhere else.

• Is it on a UTA weekend?

  The front desk staff was very friendly. Room service was efficient. The only concerns I have: I booked this room during a UTA (military training) weekend at Westover ARB. There were plenty of Army personnel utilizing the hotel as well. I don't think the staff did as well keeping those Army personnel in check during the unsociable hours, quiet hours. Many of those rooms on the second floor were loud. I am not a light sleeper, If I can hear the noise through the walls and be kept awake then I am quite sure I was not the only guests inconvenienced. My other concern: the top of ottoman (footstool) in my room upon checkin was damp. I didn't expect that. If these rooms are checked out at 11am and the housekeeping staff has x amount of hours to turn a room over, my question is "Does housekeeping really check everything before they report a room as inpsected?"
  Other than those concerns, I did like the hotel. It was clean, well maintained, and good customer service. Good location to many venues.

  I have stayed at many a Hampton Inn with no problems. The weekday staff here has been great, the weekend staff has alot to be desired. I watched the weekend breakfast person put food away with bare hands, without washing them. I watched the same person feed her family members, not guests at the hotel. the same person changed the television channel from the program I was watching to the cartoon network for her family without asking if any guests minded. While I will stay here during the week again, I doubt I will be here on the weekend.
