We stayed in an ""upgraded"" room, which makes me wonder what the ""downgraded"" rooms look like. The very small kitchenette had furnishings from the 1940's. The electrical outlets were not grounded, and shot sparks out when you plugged anything in. The table in the room had a broken leg,and was propped up against the wall for support. Their ""high speed internet"" had such a low signal that my (almost new) computer could not pick up the signal. I called travel website customer care for help after complaining to the desk clerk and after talking to them once, he refused to answer the office phone when they called him back. Desk clerk told him he sent a technician to the room to check out the internet problem. (He didn't, and thats when he didn't answer the phone after I told them no technician had been out there.) Run the other way from this place. Its a real dive, and in a bad neighborhood to boot.

Our stay was very good. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and checkin was fast. The kids loved the big pool. The only problem was there was no microwave or refrigerater in our room. Yes we would stay again

07/11/2006The supply line to the toilet leaked and subsequently the entire bathroom floor was wet. room smelled of mold and mildew and was impossible to cool down.
