i stayed at the Knights Inn 2 days... they have excellent personnel, they go that extra mile. Room was ok... TV and cable worked perfect. i had no problems with anything at all. I would recommend this hotel, and i will be back! PS - Pet Friendly (Excellent)

I am so disappointed with not only online travel website but also Knights Inn. In my 16 years of travel on the road with my husband, we have never stayed in a worse hotel. Do NOT stay at this motel. Floors not vacuumed, no toilet tiisue or soap. Soap scum in and on tub. Toilet not cleaned. Dead bolt lock broken, secured chair in front of door. Snot buggers flicked on walls and ceiling. TV remote not working, even though this was minor, it just added to long list. Went to the front desk and we were told they were short handed. No other rooms. Because of storm there were no other rooms available in town. Manager never came in and never contacted me even though I left the towel I used to clean foor for her. Towel was full of dirt, black trash and hairs. I had gotten down on hand and knees and cleaned bathroom floor, tub and toilet. Never again...I will sleep in car before going there again. Shame on you online travel website for even recommending or having this trash on your list. I trusted you and was very disappointed. I used your site as I was led to believe from your commercials these motels/hotels were inspected and approved. Shame, shame, shame... And shame on Knights Inn for not having any more pride in their establishment and service for customers.

09/05/2007The room had a stale and moldy smell. the bathroom was full of mold and the shower was dirty. lighting was ok but there were many dark areas outside. morning ...
The room had a stale and moldy smell. The bathroom was full of mold and the shower was dirty. Lighting was ok but there were many dark areas outside. Morning staff was kind and friendly.
