Having booked online was not quite sure how to go about getting money back so not having funds for another motel had to stay put. Upon entering room my sister was looking around and said the bathtub had footprints in it. As I walked in to see I realized that there were hairs from someones privates on the walls of the toliet bowl. The refrigrator had someones leftover food in it, the headboard had a very thick layer of dust on it and the carpeting was sticky. I immediately called the front desk and asked for them to send someone to reclean the room explaining the problems. I was told that they would have to move me to an upstairs room as the cleaning staff was already gone home. I refused to move due to my being handicapped and unable to carry the luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator. I explained that I was leaving to go get food and expected the room clean when I returned. While out we purchased a can of bedbug spray to make sure they would be dead. We then had to endure the excitement of the room next door as the bed banged the wall. We did not even go in the breakfast room as we were afraid to eat there. The tub was cleaned as was the toliet but I just never got past the nastyness. I would probably not let my dog stay there.
