  Most of the people who stays here are pretty much the Oracle Employees. The kitchenette is a plus. We stayed here for four days and I've looked through the prices of different studio places like this is the cheapest consider of the location - Belmont. Few things I didn't like here are there's no housekeeping everyday. If you wanted one, you have to schedule it and it's $10 a day. If you stay within seven days - the 7th day you will be provided with housekeeping. So practically, we did our own cleaning of the kitchen, change towels, make our beds and take out trash. For the time we stayed in, it's pretty much like you have your own place that you have to do things for yourself. If you're on vacation and seeks comfort or service this is not the place for it. You're better off staying at one of the Hyatt's Suites places who has the same amenities as this but has a full-time housekeeping service that does for you everyday.
