The people where very polite, but the room had a bad order. There where not enought towels for 3 people. We had to ask for more. The cont. breakfast was ok, could have used real cream for the coffee and not the powder one. In the bathroom you can tell that they did not take time to clean the wall.

Me & my husband had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The pool is very clean, never crowded, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly, and the hotel is in an excellent location to visit all sites at Mystic. I do not know what people expect for the money; if you want a Hilton Room go find a place that charges Hilton prices. This is an excellent deal for someone who is on a budget and just wants an inexpensive get-away. I will most certainly be returning and would recommend it to others as well.

The water presure was weak and the temperature was cold [even though there were no more than a half dozen cars in the parking lot]. Our towels were stained and the room smelled as if a dog had left its waste in the corner. Not a good night in any way.

My family and I stay here three to four times a year from NJ. The location is ideal Staff always accomodates our room requests. Clean-up people are through and friendly. Pool is clean and refreshing. Breakfast is next to nothing but you can take what you want. Rooms are super clean and all have received brand new furniture, beds, etc.....spacious and clean, TV has many chanels. They did get rid off the table and chairs which is a negative, but still quality is outstanding for the value, and location is ideal I highly recommend.

This place is not that bad if your into dirty sheets, foul smells, and stains on towels. I don't think I would stay here again, I suffered a terrible itch from the bed bugs.
