My family and I were very disastified with the cleanliness of the hotel, the mattress was stained terribly and it smelled horrible to the point I had to use a deodorizing spray. There were people outside our window all night talking loud, cursing, arguing and loud music. My family did not get any sleep all night we were very uncomfortable, we were up at 5:30 in the morning searching for another hotel. We were supposed to stay for two nights, we only stayed one night and took a lost of our money and also had to put out money for another hotel that we really did not anticipate on spending.

Our room was perfect for the price. Room was clean, bright and smelled fresh. We had a large refrigerator, mircowave and dishes in our room which was really nice to have. We have never stayed at a Sun Suites extended stay hotel before but we will certainly stay again in the future.

My room was awful... The refrigerator door didn't close, the toilet overflowed and no one came to figure out the problem or clean up the mess. The air conditioning unit didn't work. The room smelled like wet animals. There were stains on the sheets and blankets.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The Bathroom was filthy;the wall of the tub was nasty, hair in the shower on the shower curtain and on the floor.There was garbage underneath the bed that was left there by the previous customers. The kitchen was mediocre. The Microwave door was held together by duct tape. We had to go to the front desk to ask for utensils for the kitchen twice. Don't ever leave your room for the day in hopes of returning to a clean room because they don't come to clean the rooms, make the beds, clean the nasty bathroom, nor do they empty the trash[WE HAD TO EMTY OUR OWN GARBAGE CANS]. We called the front desk SEVERAL TIMES for clean towels. When asked if housekeeping could come clean up the room we were told they only clean up if you stay seven days or more. What kind of crap is that. So if you like staying in filth, this is the place for you!
