  3 day stay for family reunion. airport shuttle seats and floor dirty. no internet, restuarant. water fountain in lobby out of service. no hot water in hotel for 1 1/ ...

  3 day stay for family reunion. airport shuttle seats and floor dirty. no internet, restuarant. water fountain in lobby out of service. no hot water in hotel for 1 1/2 days. pool slimy, dirty (don't use it). Several rooms had bugs. elevator did not show what floor your were on. (This was repaired on the last day however).

  They did not have a clean room available for us even though we had a reservation, they put us in a room that had no towels, or bedding. the front ...

  They did not have a clean room available for us even though we had a reservation, they put us in a room that had no towels, or bedding. The front desk staff was rude and lazy. When we arrived there were prostitutes working the entrance- Not a place to stay for a family or for cleanliness!
