We stayed here over Columbus weekend. Our room was spacious and spotless. The sheets were nice and white and fresh. Very surprised by the great room for such a value. The main areas and pool areas were also very clean. The free breakfast gets a little congested, but there are some decent offerings. The hotel seems like a newer building, or very well maintained. Don't have hesitations about staying here. It's a great place.

Stayed at this hotel many times over 3 to 4 years. Over the last year we had many problems some of the problems had been addressed and some hadn't.The rooms(we had recommended this hotel to other associates) were filthy, bathroom-BM stains on toilet seat, room floors- not clean, sheets - appeared to be slept on. Room wasn't available upon check-in at 3:30p.m. The last time we will ever stay at this hotel was in April 2008

i thought every thing about our stay at the comfort suit was wonderful. The people at the front desk was wonderful,our room was super clean including the bathroom , we had alittle trouble fining the place but the location of the place is very queit. the pool has to much clorein (burn your eyes a little) the breackfest was very nice. we loved it. super nice people working there.

We were greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. She made checking in very easy and fast. We got up to the room and it was very clean and comfortable. We recieved a call from the front desk to make sure everything was okay. I found that very thoughtful. The breakfast in the morning was great but there were tons of people in there. I would suggest getting to breakfast early if you want to get a table. I found the pool to be a little on the cold side but my kids didn't mind. We were there for the weekend and had a wonderful time. I would most certainly take my family back to this hotel.

Soon after check-in, I noticed the toilet rim had stains and hairs on it. I used a Wet Wipe and cleaned it. There were numerous brown stains on the bathroom doorway. I cleaned that, too. The bedspread had a hole in it and a chair was stained. The room had a funky smell to it which went away when the air conditioning was turned on.
Twenty minutes or so after check-in, the desk called to ask if everything was okay. I told them about the bathroom and they offered to send housekeeping. We had begun settling everyone in and didn't feel like the intrusion. Besides, I had already cleaned.
The bed sagged and husband said his back was hurting the next morning.
The pool was freezing and not heated as I thought was advertised.
Breakfast was typical of free hotel fair, nothing special.
For $* plus a night, I expect better.
