  Definately not a new place, but nice, clean and ... just fine. needed help finding a place my daughter was staying while she goes to smith college ... front desk lady helped ...

  Room on small side but clean, and comfortable. great location. walking distance to college and downtown area. staff very nice.

  I have stayed here twice now and the first room was laughable (you had to walk into the bathroom fully to close the door) and the second time, the room ...

  I have stayed here twice now and the first room was laughable (you had to walk into the bathroom fully to close the door) and the second time, the room was nicer, but it was extremely noisy as you could hear every footstep from the upstairs guest. The location is very convenient to Smith College and the breakfast is pretty good for a ""continental""- nice waffle machine. The hotel staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and on site. Next time I will probably request an upstairs room.

  Yes, it is dated and it's not exactly a country inn, but it was very clean, close to Smith College and downtown, and offers free internet (wifi in room or high speed in the lobby) and a very nice free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and I don't think there's anything else in the downtown area to match it price-wise.

  The streetside is deceiving. It comes off as a quaint New England Inn, but it's really a Route 66 motel with a fancy coat. Our room was small, cluttered, dusty, and smelled like a cellar.
