I prepaid more than one month in advance which was charged to my account through a on line travel website. We checked in and generally had a nice stay. We did not authorize any charge while there. I tried to use my credit card and it was refused in front of my relatives which was embarrassing. I found out this morning that the hotel held the entire purchase price again when we checked in, even though the entire amount had been prepaid in full. This a an unauthorized charge. The person at the desk today,was extremely unhelpful saying ""well, it's not my fault. I didn't check you in"" Then,"" Well we have to do that to get paid."" There should be no further charges to an account when they are prepaid in full. We had this trouble 2 years ago when we stayed there but that clerk straightened it out before we left. I will never prepay through this company again since your staff have messed it up both times. I am post this warning on line in the travel websites so that others are warned of their practices.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations and I can't rave enough. We had a Kg NS suite that was just beautiful with a full kitchen for $*/night. Pool was beautiful and warm inside. Customer Service went out of their way to be helpful and there is a "hot" breakfast included every morning. I've stayed in most chains with frequent business travel but this was my first Staybridge and I will be back.

The staff and management have a right to be proud. Our family had a blast and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We will always look for a Staybridge when we travel in the future!
