Trying to find a ""clean"" pet friendly hotel? This is it! Not only was the room fresh and clean, the entire property was very well maintained. The management was super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was provided daily. We were evacuating and that was stressfull, but the management at the Key West Inn were wonderful. This was close to fast food, gas and the intersate. The next exit had everything you might need (walmart, mall, groceries, restaurants, etc.) Only minutes from downtown Memphis. I have stayed in another hotels that accepted pets and was afraid to walk around my room without shoes. I was not sure if Key West always accepted pets, or were just making exceptions for the people who were evacuating, that is how clean the room was that I stayed in.

I was severely disappointed in the quality and service that I receive at this location. The bed mattress was extremely hard and you could feel every spring. The bed had 2 flat sheets instead of a flat and a fitted sheet on the bottom. There was a brown stain on the wall. There was a hole in the wall near the shower head. There were only 2 small thin towels that had stains on them. The hairdryer was broken. There was no breakfast as advertised. In order to check out, I had to ring the bell a few times to wake up the desk clerk who was sleeping in the office.
