  We required special accommodations because of my wife's disability. We had made the reservations more than a month in advance. We reconfirmed our reservation the afternoon we were to arrive, and were told that, "yes our room #108 would be held for us for our expected 9 pm arrival. Yet, when we arrived that evening, we were told that only a room on second floor was available; that no non-smoking rooms on the first floor were available. I banged on the counter and demanded to see the manager who finally came out from his hole and "magically" found us a room on the first floor. We will never stay at this Indianola Super 8 again!!

  Not clean. bug. no fitted sheets on bed. extra blanket had burn holes in it. bathroom light/fan extremely loud. when checking out no one was around. waited 20 min ...

  Not clean. Bug. No fitted sheets on bed. Extra blanket had burn holes in it. Bathroom light/fan extremely loud. When checking out no one was around. Waited 20 min and no one ever showed up.

  The hallways had cobwebs and looked as though they had not been cleaned in months. We had a double queen room, The bathroom was terrible, very dirty. It still had the used towels from the previous guests. We had one wash cloth and two towels to shower with the next morning.. We did ask the girl at the desk twice for more clean towels. This never happened, . We believe she was alone. The hotel advertised continental breakfast at 6 am. There was NO ONE in sight in the lobby until after 7am. NO coffee or breakfast . Also no one at the desk available for check out that next morning.
