This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. The entire hotel smelled musty like food and mold. As we were changing in our room one of the hotel staff walked right into our room without knocking. We asked for our money back due to the smell and feeling of insecurity and staff refused. We were planning on staying for four nights and left after one. I would never stay at this hotel again. There are many other nice hotels right in the area, so do not book a room at this hotel. I am planning on calling coorporate offices and filing a formal complaint agaisnt the staff members at this hotel. Please do not ruin your vacation like I did and stay at another establishment.

I didn't think the staff was very friendly or helpful, and the room definitely was not worth the cost. Made the mistake of booking a smoking room thinking it can't be THAT bad... big mistake! My husband is a smoker and even HE couldn't take how bad the room smelled and how dirty it was. We were, however, allowed to switch to another room for the second night after we complained several times about the condition of the first room.
