  We stayed 3 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday and we had a wonderful experience. X at the front desk was the kindest, sweetest, most helpful hotel employee we have ever come in contact with. From my very first phone call to the hotel, Susie gave us excellent directions and the gave us directions to the restaurant we were meeting family. Then she told us that we got 10% off at that particular restaurant if we told them we were staying at Super 8. And the housekeeping staff is excellent. My 3 year old son loves to sleep with a litte Spiderman figure and he left it in the bed one morning while we went to the pool. The room was cleaned when we returned and we searched the entire room and couldn't find his Spiderman--I realized that is was most likely bundled in the bedding and taken off to housekeeping. Later that night, I stopped by the front desk and asked X if by chance it was found and sure enough it was! The housekeepers found and set aside a little 3 inch toy but it meant so much to my son. We will definitely stay again the next time we are able to visit family in the area.

  I was also there during this baseball weekend. The lady at the desk was awesome, she did everything possible to make these baseball people happy. Then I went to the pool, the desk clerk was telling these rude baseball parents not to drink alcohol in the pool, they were literally carrying their bottles in the POOL! How dangerous. Then he saw kids not being supervised through the halls, from what I could see this group tried to run the whole show. The desk clerks did all they could to keep the halls and pool area under control. Baseball people were very disrespectful and arrogant to the staff.

  I stayed at this hotel with a large group (almost 100-mostly teenagers) and there was another large group there as well. the staff was great to us, was very helpful when there was a problem guest, and extremely friendly. the rooms were clean and the coffee was always fresh. they invited us back and even gave us snacks for our bus trip home!
