  Some times words can't fully express the level of bad management and lack of customer service a place exhibits. 150 nites per year in hotels and the culture of this place was several levels worse than the next place in my memory. If you don't believe it, try for yourself!

  I expect more if I pay more, but for what we paid, it was ok. Helpful front desk. Quiet and clean room that could have used maintenance (carpet, plumbing). Breakfast was limited, but again adequate. After 12 hours on the road, I'm just interested in sleeping, and I did that successfully.

  This was just a one-night stay and it was fine. Price was right, hotel was clean. The continental breakfast was wimpy. Pratt is a neat little town. If you're just going for one night this place will work. The one thing that made me uncomfortable was all of the truckers parked adjacent at night. Just doesn't look or feel right, but we had no security problems.

  My family was extremely tired when we reached Pratt and hoping to get into a room and have a quick dinner before retiring so we were happy to see Pratt had a Super 8 as we usually like them. Upon entering the office (at about 7PM) the attendant ignored my husband and went on entering on the computer - let him stand there a good 5 minutes before letting him know they had no vacancies - totally rude!
