My husband and I had the good fortune to stay at Fourways for our honeymoon back in August 2001. I had stayed here previously and had totally fallen in love with the people, the island, this hotel & the restaurant. When we were planning our wedding, as far as I was concerned there was nowhere else to spend this wonderful 'get to know you' period, than Fourways.. Everything about the place exudes quality, from the service to the starters, from the linen to the views. This place really is a peace of heaven on earth and I can't wait to have the opportunity to return - I just hope the chef & staff remain the same. If not, I sincerely hope that his standards have been carried on.. His 'signature' Foie Gras dish was absolutely sumptious and to this day I haven't found any that matches his for flavour or presentation.. Keep it up please!
