  From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, all the personal was really nice, the pool was nice and clean as well as the room. The last day my daughter forgot her blanket and I lost my phone, we had to go back and there where waiting for us right there at the lobby, Thank you!

• Poor Housekeeping!

  We checked into the hotel and was told room probably not cleaned yet. went to room and no clean sheets on bed nor clean towels. left for 3 hours and ...

  We checked into the hotel and was told room probably not cleaned yet. Went to room and no clean sheets on bed nor clean towels. Left for 3 hours and came back and room still dirty. Was told housekeeping had already left for the day, so we had to go downstairs and get clean sheets and towels and make bed ourselves.
