Loved the rooms; Had large one bedroom suite. Jacuzzi, washer n dryer. Clean, and stocked. Ocean view, awesome!! Staff very helpful. Will come again. Only downfall. Parking lot. Very small. have to take your time coming out.

Not the greatest resort

I just returned from the Seaside Resort in N. Myrtle Beach. My unit was a oceanfront 2 bedroom. Best part was the gerat view! The unit had alot of missing and broken items. The coffee table was broken, the handle to the closet was broken off, the tub knob was broken off, the back of the tv remote was missing and the batteries kept falling out, many missing items from the kitchen. We contacted the office regarding the missing and broken items. lol The only thing that they did was put tape on the coffee table to keep it togther. The unit was also very dark, with only the one LR window (view of ocean). The pools were clean but small. Very few activities available for children or adults. We did get a continental breakfest available until 10:30 am. It was okay. Cereals, muffins, juice, coffee, soem fruit, waffles or bread that u can toast and some microwavable breakfast sandwich. The bottom line is that I would not return here.

Stayed with three friends over Mothers day weekend. Our room was clean, the conntinental breakfast was a plus but the front desk staff was so rude, unhelpful. They never answered the phone when you called them. The parking garage is a nightmare even in a small car. the pool is not clean, the chairs around it especially. Our room didn't have an odor but the hallway had a funky one. For the prices they are charging I expected a lot more than a clean room. I wouldn't stay again unless they dropped there rates drastically!

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and accomodating especially Flo in the breakfast area. The rooms are large and very clean, the only downside is the contemporary furniture is not all that comfortable, we would prefer a couple of large sofas :). The parking deck is very tight but once you do it a couple of times it is not to bad but probably in the summer it would be a nightmare.All in all we were impressed by this hotel it was a relaxing stay especially the jacuzzi tub.

My family and I stayed here the weekend of July 13th in room 504. Today is August 9th when I am writing the review. I am 42 years old. As you see I am not one to write a bad review quickly. We rented a 2 bedroom condo. The night of July 14th, after dinner and great entertainment, we came back to our condo to find my parents bedroom flooded (it was around midnight when this was discovered) . The water had come back up the pipes in the sink. According to the contractor that my mother spoke with, this was not the first time this had happened. The management offered to move us to another room, My mother went to look at it and discovered it to have a bad odor. Not much else to do but stay. The front desk staff said that we would be compensated for our trouble. Apparently this was a lie. Three weeks later nothing had been done. Nothing would have been done if my mother had not called August 6th to see if they were planning compensation for our trouble. The lady she talked to said that she would call her back the same afternoon after talking to someone higher up. My mother had to call back the next afternoon because the lady she had spoken with had not called her back as promised. She spoke with the same lady and she still did not have an answer . August 9th, after speaking to the same lady yet again, a manager finally phoned my mother and offered her 20% off one night 's rate of our stay and 20% off our next stay with them. Is he kidding? Why would we want to stay there again? There are too many places to choose from in North Myrtle Beach to stay here again. Satisfaction is apparently not guaranteed here. Also,the parking deck was the first four floors and was not made for SUV's. It was hard to maneuver a vehicle. I consider it dangerous. I chose not to give this place a terrible because a continental breakfast was provided everyday and the lady that took care of that area was very nice.
