Important Hotel Information

Please Note: A 2% civic assessment is charged on all sales of tangible personal property (including food, beverage, and lodging charges) within the Breckenridge Mountain Master Association (BMMA) boundary. This assessment provides funding for the BMMA (which is a non-profit corporation) to provide maintenance and upkeep of the common areas within such boundary.
Please note that all hotel guests are responsible for paying the property's daily resort fee of 15.00 USD (taxable) per room upon check-out. Resort fees are collected directly by the hotel.
