I had very high expectations of the hotel based on the pictures and the various reviews left by other travelers. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with my stay. The lack of professionalism with the front desk staff definitely put a damper on my stay. There were MANY things wrong with the room from not having toilet paper, lightbulbs blown out, phones not working etc. They really need to take the time to update the rooms and confirm all is working prior to renting out the rooms. My credit card was charged every 2 days despite being told by the front desk that I would pay upon checkout. No one seems to understand the hotels policies (this would be the people that work there). Also, the doors should've been secure after hours but they werent, people were able to gain access to the hotel all hours of the night. All in all, I will not stay there again next year!!!!!!!

I stayed here a little over a year ago, I believe it may have been under different management. The location was great, room was clean, and staff friendly. It is definitely a great choice for an extended stay due to the availability of suites with kitchenettes and laundry facilities.
