I was very impressed with the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The free breakfast is much better than what you get at most hotels. This hotel was an excellent value and i would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice hotel for a nice price. It was kind of far away from dowtown chicago about 30-45 mins. The room was nice, it was a clean hotel and they had a computer to use and free breakfast. I like it and we might stay there again. Only thing bad was the bed was hard as a rock.

Our family stayed 3 nights at the Bensenville Country Inn and had a blast. We bought the CTA three day pass and left our car in the hotel's parking lot for the whole trip, taking the shuttle bus to the airport and taking the blue line downtown. The shuttle bus to the hotel was convenient and reliable. The night we arrived, there was no driver on duty so the hotel ordered us a cab. The rest of the nights, it was available on the hour. The only drawback was that we wanted to see fireworks at navy pier, but the shuttle was operational after 9:00 so we missed out on this. However, we could have used our car and done the park and ride if we had thought ahead. The breakfast at the Country Inn was truly delux. We had eggs, waffles--even bacon and sausage. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again for such a great price and value.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is within walking distance of shopping centers. The staff was excellent from the front desk to the maid service. They are very willing to provide any reasonable service. The complementary breakfast was above average, big variety fresh and hot. I was there for three nights and two days and really enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the airport shuttle. It is supposed to be a free ride to and from the airport and to anywhere within 3 miles. When I arrived at the airport and called the hotel the told me it would be a half an hour but it was closer to an hour. It also only drove me within the 3 mile radius once. But would defiantly stay there again.

08/25/2008Everyone was courteous and worked to make the stay wonderful. the room was neat and clean and tastefully decorated. breakfast was delicious.
