  Good location, friendly atmosphere, clean rooms. the front desk staff and breakfast attendant were so helpful and friendly. we would definitely return to this hotel.

  The La Quinta Lynnwood is a nice hotel, but we were disappointed with the quality compared to other La Quinta hotels we have stayed in previously. There was no microwave in the rooms, no dvd player (even as an option to rent from the front desk), no guest laundry facilities, no in-house laundry options offered, no restaurant in-house or delivery options nearby (other than Pizza Hut). The room was very clean and well presented, the beds were comfortable, and the shower is really nice - good water pressure is always a plus! The pool is beautiful and the complimentary breakfast offerings were adequate. Staff weren't overly friendly but were always polite. All things considered, a nice hotel, but not good value for the rate offered We won't stay here again in the future.

  While the rooms were clean, the overall feeling of this hotel is one of non-maintenance. We picked this hotel for the fitness center which was a joke. Most of the equipment did not work at all. The beds were substandard and not very comfortable despite the national advertisement of comfy beds. The ice machine did not work ... someone plugged it in the second day and it leaked all over the floor and area it sat in. Unless maintenance issues resolved, not sure I would stay at this location again. This is not typical for most LaQuinta hotels and we were disappointed with the condition of this location.
