  The staff and service here at the hotel was excellent. The hotel appears to be going through several updates to the guest rooms and hallways with new carpet, etc. We will be staying agiain on our way back through.

  There are several problems but let me just tell you the main problem with this establishment , there is a pattern of theft to ones debit or credit card, me and my wife stayed here for our honneymoon and was double charged and when it was taken to the management of the hotel there was nothing done except excuses made and no refund, there is a pattern of this type of practice on file at the Gadsden area Chamber of Commerece so if you are traveling thru the city please beware of Comfort Suites a consumer Predator.
