  Wifi only reached 1/10 of the hotel. had to threaten staff with their 100% guarantee policy. he did get wep key for travelodge whose wifi i could receive. food ...

  WIFI only reached 1/10 of the hotel. Had to threaten staff with their 100% Guarantee policy. He did get WEP key for Travelodge whose WIFI I could receive. Food choices were slim but steaks were very good. Wait staff VERY inexperienced. Chairs in room were "quaint" log creations and not good for anything but matching room decor. Toilet seat was broken and cleanlines was not something you would like. Limited breakfast. Good for heart disease and not free.

  Room was clean. located near edge of town but can walk to food. continental breakfast did not exist and they give you $3 off of the buffet offered in restaurant ...

  Room was clean. Located near edge of town but can walk to food. Continental breakfast did not exist and they give you $3 off of the buffet offered in restaurant on premises which was awful.

  Overpriced hotel, pool is a large spa, continental breakfast is horrible. Had to open windows and doors for hours to cool off room. They are dropping the breakfast to give a voucher to their buffet (you still have to pay). Staff was not responsive (said 15min - was 2 hours). Satellite TV down (very limited channels too).

  It was a very nice hotel with very kind and warm staff, i would stay here again if i decide to go to yellowstone again.

  Our stay was great. The staff was very helpful & friendly. Breakfast buffet was small but worth the $4.00. Very good steak for supper. The location and this hotel made our Yellowstone Vacation more enjoyable than had been anticipated. Stayed 4 days. Will definitely stay again.
