  I stayed here for 2 weeks. Hotel atmosphere is not like before.. There is no 24 hours coffee. No shuttle.. I had been triying to go to Grocery shop for 4 days. No staff were helping me.. I got a very rude response from a male front desk guy. This is weired in such type of hotels and i never faced in this type of experience in my life in US in last 3 years. When it was 2007, there was very very nice manager, nice front desk people who were polite and friendly. I thought only the hotel name is changed (from Sierra suites to Hotel Sierra).. but now i feel everything is changed

  This is a lovely hotel. From the moment you walk in you get the sense of a restful stay. Staff service was excellent, hotel was clean - nice decor.. Room was set up nicely, loved the radio/ipod docking station. This would be an ideal place for an extended stay - kitchen area, sitting area. Would definitely stay here again!

  I was very happy during my short visit & even more pleased with the friendly atmosphere from the staff! I will be making this hotel a home away from stress!!!!!!!
