I originaly booked the room in april and ended up in the hospital, unable to cancel my room in advance. I called, and faxed over proof of my hospital stay and they quickly, and cheerfully refunded my one night deposit, so when I did travel, I again booked this motel. We checked in on 5/07/09 to a clean room. everything worked. The AC, the microwave and fridge. Clean beds and comfortable beds and pillows. The room looked recently remodeled. continental breakfast was eggo-type waffles, frozen pancakes, cereals, bagles and toast. Juice, coffee, milk. And there is a waffle house close by. We joined the Value club online and saved 15%, and you can find travel coupons for walk up rates online and at the welcome center for even better prices. We would definitely stay here again. You can't beat this hotel for the price.

The Best Value Inn book rates this place as 4 checks or ""best of the best"". I'd hate to see anything less than a 4 check. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for. Older motel, and it shows it, not very well maintained. Arrived at 2:40 pm, were told that they had been full the night before and were behind on cleaining the rooms, but they would have one ready for us by 3:00 pm. We finally got into the room at 4:00 pm. People standing outside their rooms having a few beers did not make you feel like taking a stroll. Don't believe the Best Value Inn website when it says 18 inch pillowtop mattresses. Though the beds were comfortable, they weren't 18 inches. Fridge and microwave in room did work. Not as loud as we expected. They are pet friendly and there is an area where you can walk your pet.

This place is clean, just off the interstate and has a family run atmosphere. The front desk actually called our room after checkin to see if things were ok. Simple am breakfast of muffins, cereal and waffles (for toaster oven). Will definitely make this a stop on the way south.

Great choice for a place to pull off the highway and spend the night. Clean, comfortable, safe. What more do you want from a stopover? Family managed, friendly, helpful staff. I'll definitely remember this place on my next trip down I-95.
