The rooms are clean, the walls are thick and there is a microwave/refrigerator. Perfect for a trip to Silverwood if you are looking for the basics and you can use the savings to spend at the park....and believe me YOU WILL need all the money you can get there!

Manager initially refused to honor non-smoking request because we booked on the internet, thank goodness for the other clerk. Manager was rude and defensive. No place to sit for the free breakfast which was toast and english muffins, coffee maker wasn't working one day rooms were quite small and although they said 5 people would fit there was no room for a roll away bed.

Hotel is very plain from outside but surprisingly cute and decorated well on the inside. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay overnight. Good location to walk to restaurants. Rooms were new and very clean. Hotel is very simple, no pool and hot tub. Great place to stay overnight with no frills. Basic items: room coffee, breakfast, hair dryers. That's all I needed.

We stayed during a convention in town. The rooms were remodeled with new beds, furniture & carpet. The housekeepers & front desk staff were excellent in making us feel right at home. Rooms were VERY clean and wireless internet was fantastic! If you are looking for a great clean place to stay without paying outrageous prices for services you will not use, GuestHouse Inn is the place to stay!
