  While working in Mexicali, I found this Holiday Inn Express in Calexico. The staff were VERY friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. This is the BEST hotel in the area. I personally do not like to stay in Mexico, and this hotel always has what I need. The breakfast is great. Applebees is right next door and X at the front desk always helps me when I am in town. Good rates, very clean rooms and awesome staff. You won't go wrong here.
