  We arrived with a reservation. we were greeted with a warm wellcome and up to our suites in few minutes.Room was very clean and comfortable. staff was always helpful. we'll return again and reccomend this hotel for your berkshires stay.

  We checked in late and the 1 person staff was accomodating. the sheets and blankets could have used washing. found hair on the sheets & the blankets for the rollout sofa ...

  We checked in late and the 1 person staff was accomodating. The sheets and blankets could have used washing. Found hair on the sheets & the blankets for the rollout sofa was actually cruddy and holely!The staff was friendly and curteous.The breakfast was awful, but the staff so pleasant breakfast did not matter to us.
