The front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Everyone we talked to was very cheerful and kind. The buffet was great and reasonable. We had a great time. Would do this again.

We stayed in this hotel on a Saturday night and then on our way back from our trip again on Wednesday. We stay here because it is clean--our vehicle is parked in a secure area (using valet-so we dont have to take everthing out). The casino is okay for a small casino-saw plenty of people winning just not me, The price is really good on weekdays--Fri. and Sat are a little steep for what your getting but its nice to feel safe and have entertainment neaarby. Downfalls hotel check in front desk-not rude but defintely not friendly--After 6 hours of driving--was a little irritated said my credit card wouldnt work wanted to see if I HAD ANOTHER ONE. It seemed to work fine everywhere except the front desk checking in, tolod the clerk NOPE did not have another one and all of a sudden they figured out a way to make it work--so made me leary. Another food just isnt that good at the restaurants, Mexican food is a bust--however the staff in it our wonderful!!! The buffet is way over priced if you have children for the food. Overall the hotel room is quite nice and comfy with jacuzzi tub=everythign works and would stay again. Just eat befor eu get there.

We were not able to get a 2nd night at the hotel we usually stay at and thought we would try this hotel. The hotel seemed a bit understaffed, not sure, it could have been a rush period. The room was beautiful and offered a lot of space and spoiling amenities, (coffee, jacuzzi, blowdryer, 2nd TV)The bellman area closes early, so a desk clerk had to bring our luggage up to the room. The casino portion was generous at times with the payouts. The restaurants available were not that impressive. Overall though, we would stay there again simply for the room and the casino.

The place is easy to reach and in the same area like all other casinos. It had better days and still good place. The suite is good size and had a very nice amenities, but short in maintenance. As I said it had better days since the TV in bathroom abused and not fixed and the sink was falling. But comparing this place to others with 3 star rating, this place deserve 3.5 and all the others deserve 1-2 stars. Good food available and clean. Our room's with 3 tv's in it. Swimming pool is big and very nice. This place offer too much for what you pay. I would stay any day in and the best for the money and fun. Didn't play and sure the review is not influenced by the casino. You smell the smoking around, but none in the room. Kids enjoyed it so much as well.

We were riding out on our Harley and they had specified Bike parking in the garage for us, which was great it meant the bike would not be in the sun. The Check in was quick as was the check out at the desk. Our room was fantastic, I didn't mind the decor, the jacuzzi was amazing! The room service was excellent, they called to confirm our order 20 minutes before it arrived, which was great. House keeping was great with straightening our room. Casino was a blast, we won the amount of money we brought on the trip back, so it was great. I love that the elevator won't go up to room areas without your room key being inserted, it made me feel a little more safe. I would not recommend the buffet, the breakfast is great, but the dinner was not so wonderful. The Creamery had awesome food and Agave was ok. we enjoyed not having to hussle and bustle about and had a great time. we are planning to bring the kids for the arcade and the Boardwalk real soon.
